Frequently asked questions
What does Djavolica.com cost per month?+
Monthly fees start at €4.99, and the paid periods are sold as Monthly, 3, 6 and 12-month tiers. The starting figure sits below the site median of €14, so the entry tier is on the cheaper side of the range.
What can I do for free?+
Registration and profile browsing free means registration and profile browsing cost nothing, and free is listed as free. You can set up an account and read profiles before spending anything, and the paid side starts with the messages you send.
How do message tokens work?+
The credit model is pay-per-message tokens with a bonus on signup: Pay-per-message tokens, bonus on signup. You buy credits rather than a flat chat allowance, and the starting bonus gives you room to send some messages before topping up.
Are profiles verified?+
Verified profiles are listed as a feature: verified profiles, and the site describes round-the-clock profile moderation with a checkmark badge: 24/7 profile moderation, checkmark badge. The badge marks a profile that has been checked, which is worth weighing before you write.
What are the payment and privacy terms?+
Payments run through Paddle, and the privacy policy covers both card storage and data sale: No card storage, Paddle payments, no data sale. Card details sit with the processor rather than with the site, which matters most for readers paying per message.
Can I get a refund?+
Refunds sit inside a fixed window: Refund within 14 days if no tokens used. The condition is about token use, and because Pay-per-message tokens, bonus on signup charges per message, spending a token early can put a purchase outside that window, so it helps to ask at once.
How do I reach support?+
Support runs on email and help centre, which covers email and a help centre. A phone line and live chat sit outside that list, so questions about tokens, plans or refunds go in writing and arrive by email.
