Privacy, billing and cancelling
Privacy terms cover GDPR and CCPA rights, with the operator based in Canada. Data is stored in the US, Canada and outside the EEA. Billing matters as much as privacy here: subscriptions auto-renew, cancellation has to happen before renewal, and no refunds are given. Plans run as a trial, monthly, three-month and yearly, so the trial is the cheapest way to read the terms before a longer plan starts.

Frequently asked questions
What does HeteroFlexible cost?+
The brand sells Trial, monthly, 3-month, yearly. The site tracks a monthly price median of €14 and a mature-dating median of €14, so the mature category sits around that level. A trial lets you read the terms before a longer plan.
Is there a free option?+
The site records a free model for every brand it lists, marked 100%. That refers to a free model across the sites, so treat a free tier as something to check on the brand itself. Plans here are Trial, monthly, 3-month, yearly.
How does cancellation work?+
Subscriptions auto-renew, and cancellation has to be made before renewal with no refunds, as Auto-renews; cancel 48h before renewal; no refunds sets out. Put a reminder in your calendar before a yearly plan renews. The trial is the lowest-risk way to see how the site works for you.
How are profiles verified?+
Age and ID verification runs through VerifyMy and Incode, which is the setup described in Age/ID verification by VerifyMy and Incode. That is a document-based check rather than a photo review. Members who prefer a manual review of pictures and texts can look at how Milffindr handles it.
Where is my data stored?+
Data is stored in the US, Canada and outside the EEA, while the operator sits in Canada. GDPR and CCPA rights are stated in GDPR/CCPA rights; data stored US, Canada, outside EEA, so you can ask for access or deletion. Readers who want data kept closer to Europe should weigh that distance first.
What audience is the site built for?+
The stated focus is 18+ adults, gay and gender-bending niche, with listed niches of gay, lgbtq and mature. That makes it a mixed audience rather than a single-purpose listing. If you want a local older audience instead, Senior.dk Dating is aimed at singles in Denmark.
How do I get support?+
Support runs on email and help centre, meaning email and a help centre. There is no phone or live chat line listed for this brand. Email and help-centre support are common on the site at 90.4% and 77.2%, so a reply may take a while.
Who operates the site?+
The legal entity is Digigamma B.V. / Gamma Billing Inc.. Billing runs through that setup, so check the named entity matches the payment descriptor on your statement. The brand is aimed at adults, so a minimum age applies.
