Our verdict
ELITE Date Romania suits adults who want a serious relationship, and the fact that sets it apart is 100% of profiles checked manually. Joining is free, but messaging sits behind the Premium and Premium Continuum plans, so the cost arrives once you start conversations with other members.

Billing and cancelling
Registration is free and messaging needs a paid plan, so the real cost arrives when you start a conversation. Paid access runs through the Premium and Premium Continuum tiers. The terms set out 14-day withdrawal; refund within 14 days, which gives a clear exit route if a plan is not for you. On privacy, Profiles not publicly visible; data policy: your profile is not publicly visible, and the site points to its data policy for how details are handled. Read that policy before you upload anything.
The company behind it
The site is run by ELITE Date s.r.o., registered in Czechia. Support runs on email and phone, so you can reach the operator by written message or by phone rather than through a chatbot alone. The Android app carries Google Play 1.6/5, 7 reviews, 27 Aug 2026, a small review base, so treat the store score as a weak signal rather than a verdict on the service.

Frequently asked questions
How much does ELITE Date Romania cost to join?+
Registration is free. The paid part begins when you want to message, and access runs through the Premium and Premium Continuum plans, so the price you see depends on which tier you pick and how long you stay in it.
Can I browse without paying?+
Yes. Free registration; messaging needs a paid plan covers sign-up at no charge, so you can set up a profile and look around without paying. The paid part is messaging, which sits behind Premium and Premium Continuum.
How are profiles checked?+
The site states 100% of profiles checked manually. That manual pass is the main thing separating this brand from services that leave checking to the members themselves.
Is my profile visible to anyone searching for me?+
Not publicly. Profiles not publicly visible; data policy says profiles are not publicly visible and points to a data policy for how details are handled, so read that policy before you add personal information.
Who runs the site and where is it registered?+
The operator is ELITE Date s.r.o., registered in Czechia. If that matters to you, it is worth checking the terms yourself, since a Romania-facing site with an overseas company is a common setup.
How do I get in touch with support?+
Support runs on email and phone, so you have both written and phone routes. Having a phone option is useful for billing questions, since 14-day withdrawal; refund within 14 days covers refunds and withdrawals.
What happens if I want my money back?+
The published terms state 14-day withdrawal; refund within 14 days. That gives a stated route for withdrawing and for refunds, which is worth reading closely before you buy a longer plan.
Who is this aimed at?+
The stated focus is Singles seeking a serious relationship. If you want casual meetings or a specific kink scene, this audience is narrower than what you need, and the listed alternatives serve different crowds.
