HyeSingles review

Joining, browsing, receiving messages and replying are all free (Join, browse, receive and reply free; pay to start chats), so you can read a profile and answer someone at no cost. The paid part is opening a conversation: members pay to start chats under the credit model (Pay to start conversations; receiving and replying free). Paid access sits on the Platinum Membership plan.

The plan named is Platinum Membership, and it renews automatically. Cancellation is possible on site or by email, and the terms give no prorated refund, so a part-used billing period is not returned. Set a reminder before a renewal date if the next period should not start.

The terms set out no member background screening or ID checks, so nothing on a profile is matched against documents or records. Anyone can create an account and describe themselves. Readers who put profile verification high on their list should weigh that before paying to start a conversation.

Messaging runs double-blind, so identity stays hidden until a member chooses to share it (Double-blind messaging hides identity until you share). An exchange can begin before personal details appear, which suits people who would rather keep a name or photo out of a conversation until they decide otherwise.

HyeSingles offers an app (app), so members can use it away from a desktop browser. Its App Store rating in the US is App Store (US) 3.7/5 from 45 ratings, a mid-range score from a limited pool of ratings. Reading recent reviews before you pay is worth the minute it takes.

Support runs by email, phone, a help centre and a community (email, phone and help centre), so a person can be reached as well as written answers. The service is run by World Singles, LLC from US, and its terms set out those channels alongside membership and cancellation rules.

The audience is Armenian singles, and the stated aims are love, romance, friendship and marriage, so the pool is narrower than on a general dating site. Members who want a shared background and a clear reason to start a conversation will find that focus useful.

The service has been running since 2002, which places it among the longer established niche dating sites. Its legal entity, World Singles, LLC, sits in the US, and the terms cover membership and cancellation. Longevity says little about activity today, so check the app listing and current profiles.
