Kasidie review

Pros and cons

Who it suits

• Adults looking for a scene-focused site rather than a general dating pool
• People who want a free account they can keep without paying
• Anyone who values anonymous profiles and geolocation blocking

Who should look elsewhere

• Readers who want a phone line, since email, help centre and community covers email, help centre and community
• Anyone who plans to pay for a short trial, given Auto-bills until cancelled; no partial refunds and the cycles set out in Paid Elite tier, monthly or quarterly cycles
• Readers who want a choice of paid tiers, as Paid Elite tier, monthly or quarterly cycles lists a single Elite tier

Members and plans

Kasidie is built for a specific crowd: ENM and swinging couples, singles, hotwives. That focus is the point for a reader who wants a scene rather than a broad pool. The site also lists swinger, discreet and fetish as areas it serves, which widens the appeal beyond the core. Paid Elite tier, monthly or quarterly cycles sets out a single paid Elite tier available on monthly or quarterly cycles, so the commitment is chosen in advance rather than billed in ways that vary by add-on.

What is free and what costs

Kasidie runs a free model, and Free account kept forever; flirts, email, search says the free account is kept forever with flirts, email and search included. Nothing in that line suggests a countdown on the free side. Paid extras sit in Paid Elite tier, monthly or quarterly cycles, where the Elite tier is sold on monthly or quarterly cycles. A reader deciding whether to pay is really asking whether the Elite features matter to them, since the base account costs nothing to keep.

Billing and cancelling

Privacy is the strongest part of the offer: Anonymous profiles, geolocation blocking gives anonymous profiles and geolocation blocking, which helps members keep a separation between their private life and their profile. Billing runs on the Elite tier, and Auto-bills until cancelled; no partial refunds sets the terms clearly, covering the auto-billing cycle and refunds. Plan around that by cancelling at the start of a cycle rather than mid-cycle.

The company behind it

Kasidie is run by Kasidie Entertainment, LLC, headquartered in the United States. Support runs through email, help centre and community, so help comes by email, a help centre and a community rather than by telephone. The company structure is clear and the support routes are stated, which is what a reader checking accountability before paying would want to see.
