Who should look elsewhere

Frequently asked questions
How much does Kasual cost per month?+
The app is free to use, and a free tier is included: Free messaging; 1 Super Flip per week. Extras such as Super Flip and Boost packages bought in app are bought in app. Elite plans are sold as Monthly, 3-month, 6-month Elite, and monthly fees of $29.99 apply to the paid tier rather than to messaging.
Do I need an email address or phone number to join?+
You do not. Profiles are anonymous: Anonymous: no email, phone or Facebook required. Contact details stay off the platform at sign-up, which suits anyone who would rather not link a personal account to a casual dating profile.
How are profiles checked?+
Sign-up includes Photo and location verification of every user. Every user is checked on photo and location, and verified profiles are one of the listed features: app and verified profiles. Verification therefore applies across the user base rather than being left to individual members.
Is Kasual a website or an app?+
It is an app: app and verified profiles. The store listing shows App Store 4.5/5, 103K ratings (Sep 2026), and paid extras are bought inside the app rather than on a separate site, which is worth knowing before comparing it with browser-based options.
Who is Kasual aimed at?+
The audience is described as Anonymous local hookups, adults 18+, LGBTQ-friendly, and the listed niches are casual, discreet and lgbtq. Both point at casual, discreet meetings with a broad welcome rather than a single narrow demographic, and the whole service runs through the app.
How do I cancel, and are refunds available?+
Subscriptions Auto-renews; cancel in app store; no refunds. The app store handles the billing, so cancelling means turning off the renewal there rather than emailing anyone, and refunds are not part of the deal.
How do I get help?+
Support runs on email and help centre: email and a help centre. Readers who prefer to talk a billing problem through with a person should weigh that before signing up, since the listed channels do not include a call line.
Who runs Kasual and where is it based?+
The service is run by Yumi Limited, based in Hong Kong, and it has been operating since 2019. The stated user base is 17M+ users (stated 2026), a figure the company publishes itself.
