Pros and cons
Pros
- Free registration and first contact means registration and the first contact carry no charge
- The board is built for Russia, Belarus and other CIS countries, with casual and mature interests listed in casual and mature
- An app and verified profiles both appear in app and verified profiles, and the store listing shows Google Play 4.4/5, 156K reviews (Sep 2026)
- Support is offered on email, phone and help centre
Cons
- Optional ID/photo/video verification is optional, so a profile can appear with no ID, photo or video check
- Billing follows Auto-renew; cancel 24h before period ends, so a plan renews on its own unless you cancel ahead of the period end
- Retention follows Russian law 152-FZ; data kept 3 years, so personal records stay on file under Russian rules for a set period
Who it suits
- Adults in Russia, Belarus and other CIS countries who want a broad board and can pay in coins when a feature needs them, as Coins for gifts, daily profile, WOW ratings sets out
- People comfortable with Optional ID/photo/video verification as a choice rather than a requirement
- Anyone willing to read the Russian law 152-FZ; data kept 3 years terms and the Auto-renew; cancel 24h before period ends window before buying a plan
Who should look elsewhere
- Anyone who wants every profile checked, since Optional ID/photo/video verification sits with the member
- Anyone who expects contact to need a paid step: Free signup and browsing; contact needs paid VIP shows Senior.dk Dating works that way, unlike Tabor's free first contact
- Anyone who prefers a plain free board: Forum use is free of charge covers forum use outright, with no coin layer like Coins for gifts, daily profile, WOW ratings
What is free and what costs
Free registration and first contact covers registration and the first contact, so nothing has to be paid before you decide. Paid access runs through VIP: weekly, monthly, yearly, which sets the billing periods a buyer picks. Extras are coin based: Coins for gifts, daily profile, WOW ratings covers gifts, the daily profile and WOW ratings, so a plan is not the only way money changes hands.
Billing and cancelling
Data handling follows Russian law 152-FZ; data kept 3 years, which names the law that applies and how long records are held. Billing terms are just as plain: Auto-renew; cancel 24h before period ends describes auto-renewal and the cut off for cancelling, so a plan that is not wanted has to be stopped in advance. Read both lines before paying, and keep the cancellation date somewhere visible.

Frequently asked questions
What does Tabor cost to join?+
Free registration and first contact means joining and making first contact carry no charge. Spending comes later, and VIP: weekly, monthly, yearly sets the periods available on a paid plan, so the total depends on how long a plan runs and which extras are used.
What do the coins buy?+
Coins handle the paid extras rather than the basic profile: Coins for gifts, daily profile, WOW ratings covers gifts, the daily profile and WOW ratings. A plan and a coin top up are therefore separate outlays, and either can apply on its own.
Are profiles checked?+
Optional ID/photo/video verification means an ID, photo or video check is available, but it sits with the member rather than being required. On a board of 61,246,522 profiles on site (Sep 2026), that puts the weight on the member to read profiles carefully.
How long is personal data kept?+
The policy named in Russian law 152-FZ; data kept 3 years sets both the law that applies and the retention period for records. Anyone who wants a shorter trail than that should read the terms before uploading photos or documents, since verification files sit in the same data set.
How do I stop a paid plan?+
Auto-renew; cancel 24h before period ends is the whole answer, and it is short. Renewal is automatic and the cancellation has to happen before the current period ends, so set a reminder rather than waiting for a charge to show on a statement.
Is there an app?+
Yes. app and verified profiles lists an app alongside verified profiles, so the same board works in a browser and on a phone. The store listing shows Google Play 4.4/5, 156K reviews (Sep 2026), which is worth reading before install since it rests on real reviews.
Who is the board aimed at?+
The stated focus is Russia, Belarus and other CIS countries, so the board is built for that region first. Interests listed are casual and mature, meaning casual and mature, and anyone outside that focus sits outside the main audience the listings are built for.
How long has it been running?+
2007 gives the launch year, and 61,246,522 profiles on site (Sep 2026) shows a long established board rather than a new launch. Age helps with judging how settled the service is, though it says nothing about how profiles are vetted.
How do I get help, and who runs it?+
Support runs on email, phone and help centre, which covers the usual routes for account and billing questions. The operator is listed as OOO Tabor (LLC), OGRN 1206700020460, a named legal entity, so a billing dispute has a party to point at.
