Sentimente review

The basic subscription is free and its duration is unlimited, so Free Basic subscription, unlimited duration describes a standing tier rather than a countdown. The paid extras sit in the Gold and Platinum plans named in Basic (free), Gold, Platinum. In other words, a reader can use the service at no cost and decide later whether a paid step is worth it.

Renewal is on by default. Auto-renews; turn off in Account > Payment Settings explains that a subscription auto-renews and that you turn it off in Account, then Payment Settings. Anyone planning to upgrade should read that page first, because the setting, not a support request, is what stops the next charge.

The plan list in Basic (free), Gold, Platinum runs from the free Basic subscription to Gold and then Platinum. The published details give the names rather than a feature-by-feature comparison, so anyone weighing an upgrade should read the current plan table on the site. Staying on Basic costs nothing for as long as you like it.

Selfie photo check, blue checkmark badge describes a selfie photo check that ends with a blue checkmark badge on the profile. It is a photo-based check, not a document or background review, so a badge tells other members that a selfie was confirmed and not that an identity was investigated.

An app is part of app and verified profiles, so mobile use is included rather than sold as an extra. The app is the listed option for phones and tablets, and the store listing in Google Play 3.9/5 from 5.17K reviews (Aug 2026) gives the rating and review volume to check before installing.

Serious dating, long-term relationships, marriage sets the direction, and the mature niche marks where it sits in the market. That points to adults looking for a long relationship, a partner or marriage rather than a casual chat. Readers wanting a short-term arrangement would find the positioning off target.

EU data law terms; confidential data; EU ODR link covers EU data law terms, confidential data handling and an EU ODR link. The operator named in the terms is Machteam Soft SRL (J40/7355/2006), a company based in Romania. Readers weighing privacy should read those terms closely, since the EU framework and the written policy are the only reference points on offer.

Support runs on email and help centre, which is email plus a help centre. The help centre carries the subscription renewal and cancellation policy and the profile confirmation guide, so most billing and verification questions are answered in writing rather than by phone.
