Frequently asked questions
How much does Erodate.gr cost?+
Registration, a profile and poll posting are free: Free registration, profile and poll posting. Paid access comes as Gold and VIP, 10 days to 12 months packages, and the monthly price is €1.67. Buying the shortest package keeps the initial payment small, so a trial costs less than a long one.
What is free on Erodate.gr?+
The free part covers registration, a profile and poll posting: Free registration, profile and poll posting. The service runs a free model, so building and browsing a profile cost nothing. Paid tiers sit above that, in the Gold and VIP, 10 days to 12 months range of packages.
How do payments and credits work?+
Extras are bought as credits sent by SMS: Credits via SMS, no cash value. That keeps paid features outside the subscription, and the credit balance has no value outside the site. The monthly price of €1.67 is the base cost, with SMS top-ups added when you use paid features.
Can I cancel and get a refund?+
The terms are set out here: Auto-renews; 14-day refund; cancel in profile/email. Because it renews on its own, cancellation is not automatic, so the profile or email route has to be used. Acting inside the refund window named in the terms is what keeps a refund available.
Are profiles verified?+
Yes. Profiles can be checked by ID document, a selfie or an AI check, and verified profiles are a listed feature. The method is your choice, so you decide how much identity detail you hand over. If a check stalls, support runs on email, phone and help centre.
What happens to my data?+
Worth reading before you upload anything: Data kept 1 year; may be stored in Lithuania or abroad. Retention and possible storage locations are both set out in that policy, and storage outside the country is mentioned as a possibility. Verification asks for ID documents or selfies, so it helps to know what you share and for how long.
How do I get help?+
Support runs on email, phone and help centre, so email, phone and a help centre are the routes in. The operator named is Dating Stars OU, and the site has been running since 2011. Billing questions sent in writing leave you a record of the reply.
Who is the audience?+
The audience sits in Greece and covers adults, singles, couples and LGBTQ. Interests listed include casual, discreet, fetish, swinger, gay and lesbian, so it is broad rather than narrow. The site reports 500,000+ members (2026-09-26), a large pool in a single market.
