Who it suits
- Adults who want to browse without paying, since the base profile is free and Plus is free for verified women.
- Readers who put hosting location and a formal audit first, which TUV auditing and German data storage answer.
- People looking for women, men, couples and trans members in a single pool rather than separate areas.
Who should look elsewhere
- Readers who want the lowest fee: EroFantasie charges €0.67 to €1.50 a month.

What is free and what costs
The free tier decides how a first visit goes. The base profile is free, and verified women get Plus free, so an account can be opened and used without a subscription. Paid access is tiered and sold over different terms, Base, Plus, Premium-Light, Premium; 1 to 12 months, and the lowest tier is €9.50 a month. Spending inside the service sits outside those tiers: Coins for virtual gifts; 500 coins 4.99 EUR, which matters because gifts are optional while the coin packs are a separate charge on the same account.
Members and plans
Audience breadth is the selling point here. JOYclub states its focus as adults of any orientation, and its scale claim is 7,408,959 members claimed, read 2026-09-26. The tier structure follows that breadth rather than a single topic: Base, Plus, Premium-Light, Premium; 1 to 12 months, covering named levels from Base to Premium. Virtual gifts are handled outside that structure on coins, Coins for virtual gifts; 500 coins 4.99 EUR, so a membership fee and gift spending appear as separate lines on a statement.
Using the service
Registration is for adults, and the stated focus covers women, men, couples and trans members, any orientation, in a single pool rather than separate areas. That layout suits readers who want several kinds of company in one place instead of an account per site. Scale is the other side of it: 7,408,959 members claimed, read 2026-09-26 claimed members means a broad choice of profiles, and readers after a narrower crowd will be sorting through more of the same pool rather than a dedicated space.
Billing and cancelling
Data protection is audited by TUV and the data stays in Germany, so a reader who wants to know where a profile is hosted has a stated answer: TUV-audited data protection; data stays in Germany. Billing is straightforward: you can cancel at any time with no notice period, so a paid tier can be ended without waiting out a fixed term.
The company behind it
JOYclub is run by F&P GmbH, a company based in Germany, and the brand has been trading since 2005. That is a long operating record for a category where many sites are recent. Support runs on email, help centre and community, so help arrives by email, through the help centre, or via the community, with no phone line among the listed channels.
