Our verdict
Sugar Elite Suomi suits adults who want a sugar dating pool with reviewed profiles and a permanently free sugar baby account. The trade-off is price: paid plans start at €59 a month, well above the €14 median across the listed sites, so paying users should weigh the niche focus against cheaper general options.

Members and plans
The site is built for one audience: Sugar daddies and sugar babies, adults 18+. Nobody outside that group is the target, so the pool stays focused instead of general. Size is stated as 250,000+ users, claimed 2026, which is the operator's own figure rather than a third-party count. Plans are listed as Free basic; Premium monthly, quarterly, annual, so you can pick a shorter or longer commitment if you want to try the paid side. Free signup means joining costs nothing at the start.
What is free and what costs
Paid access starts at €59 a month. That is the number to compare first, because it is above the €20.65 upper quartile across the listed sites. What is free is set out clearly: Free signup; sugar babies free forever. In practice that means a sugar baby account can stay free indefinitely, while someone using the service on the other side of the arrangement pays. Plan options are Free basic; Premium monthly, quarterly, annual.
Using the service
Joining follows the usual pattern for this kind of site. Signup is free, you build a profile, and every profile is read by a person before it goes live, because Manual review of all profiles before they go live is the stated process. That review sits alongside verified profiles as a headline feature. Because the audience is Sugar daddies and sugar babies, adults 18+, filters and search will be shaped around that split rather than around general dating categories. Scale is modest at 250,000+ users, claimed 2026, so a smaller pool is the trade-off for the tighter focus.
Billing and cancelling
Billing terms are set out in Cancel anytime; stops auto-renew; 14-day cooling-off. You can stop whenever you want, auto-renewal stops when you cancel, and a cooling-off period applies. On data, Data never rented or sold; EE data controller is the statement to read. Discretion also shapes the product, with sugar and discreet named as the positioning.
The company behind it
The operator behind the brand is Stella And Pow OÜ (reg. 14816946), registered in Estonia. The service has been running since 2020. If you need help, email, help centre and community are the routes, so a query goes by email, through the help centre or via the community. There is no licence to name, which means the usual trust markers a regulated brand would carry are not part of the picture here.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Sugar Elite Suomi cost?+
Paid plans start at €59 a month. That is a higher starting point than most of the sites listed here, where the median comes to €14. Paying users get a focused sugar audience and reviewed profiles for that price.
Is there anything free to use?+
Yes. Free signup; sugar babies free forever sets out what costs nothing: signup is free and a sugar baby account stays free. Paid plans sit on the other side of the arrangement, starting at €59 a month.
How are profiles checked?+
Every profile is read by a person before it goes live, which is the manual review described under profile verification. Verified profiles are also listed as a main feature. Review before publication is stricter than publishing straight away and letting users report problems.
Who is the site aimed at?+
The stated audience is Sugar daddies and sugar babies, adults 18+. That narrow focus is the point: the pool is built for one arrangement rather than for general dating. If you are looking for a mixed or general pool, this is the wrong shape of site.
How does cancelling work?+
The terms are Cancel anytime; stops auto-renew; 14-day cooling-off. You can cancel at any time, auto-renewal stops when you do, and a cooling-off period applies. The plans themselves are sold as monthly, quarterly and annual, so check which billing period you are on before you cancel.
What happens to my data?+
The stated policy is that data is never rented or sold, and the data controller sits in Estonia. The operating company is Stella And Pow OÜ (reg. 14816946). Read the legal notice yourself before you upload anything sensitive.
How do I get help?+
Support is offered through email, help centre and community. That means email, a help centre and a community, and it does not include phone or live chat. Anyone who prefers to talk to a person on the phone will not find that route here.
How many people use it?+
The operator states 250,000+ users, claimed 2026, so treat that as a claim rather than a measured figure. The service has run since 2020, which is a useful marker for how established the brand is. Expect a focused pool rather than a large general one.
