Wyylde review

The paid tier is Gold, offered as Gold: monthly, quarterly, annual, so billing can run monthly, quarterly or annual. The monthly entry point is €19.90. Registration itself carries no charge, so the subscription is the only cost to budget for once a member starts messaging.

As Free to register; Gold needed to message, joining costs nothing and the service runs on a free model. What the free part does not include is messaging: sending a message needs an active Gold subscription, so the cost appears at the point of contact rather than at signup.

Verification uses an ID document plus a face check via Jumio, and the platform lists verified profiles as a feature alongside its app and verified profiles. The document and face steps mean a profile is tied to identity paperwork rather than self-description alone, which suits readers who screen carefully.

The stated position is Jumio keeps ID data max 30 days; GDPR. Jumio keeps ID data for a capped period and the policy names GDPR, so the retention limit and the data protection framework are both on the record. Readers who want to know how long their document is held get a specific answer rather than a general promise.

Wyylde describes its audience as Adults; singles, couples or any arrangement, and the niche mix covers casual, swinger and fetish. That makes it a broad casual app rather than a single-market specialist site, which suits readers who want several interests in a single app and do not mind less niche filtering.

The stated scale is 7 million registered users. Treat that as registrations rather than a measure of who is active, but it does show the app is not a small newcomer, and it gives readers something concrete to compare against other casual, swinger and fetish apps.

Wyylde is operated by KOALA Interactive, with its headquarters listed as FR. Readers who want to know which company stands behind the app, and which country's rules apply to it, get a named operator and a named country.

Support runs on email, phone and help centre. That covers written enquiries, a phone route, a help centre and a community space, so readers who prefer email can stay on email, while others have a route to a person. It is not a single-channel support setup.
